Chem-Tech Laboratories maintains documented quality-control and assurance procedures for its testing activities. The applicable test method, facility, accreditation status and scope should be verified against the current controlled documents before a customer relies on a specific claim.

NABL ACCREDITATION - TC-7695

NABL certificate TC-7695 applies to Chem-Tech's Petroleum & Lubricants Laboratory (PNL) and Compliance Testing Laboratory (CPL) at Plot No. 22, Parvati Industrial Estate, Pune-Satara Road, Pune, Maharashtra, India. These laboratories are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for the testing activities stated in the approved scope.

The certificate was issued on 4 February 2025 and is valid until 3 February 2029. The 31-page scope annexure was last amended on 21 March 2025. Accreditation applies only to the materials, parameters and methods stated in that facility-specific scope.

NABL certificate TC-15482 applies to Chem-Tech's Food, Nutrition & Water Laboratory (FNW) at Office No. 301-302, Walvekar Commercial Complex, Pune-Satara Road, Parvati, Pune, Maharashtra, India. This laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for the testing activities stated in the approved scope.

The certificate was issued on 12 February 2025 and is valid until 11 February 2029. The 61-page scope annexure identifies the accredited materials, parameters and test methods for this facility, including food and agricultural product testing entries.

QUALITY POLICY & OBJECTIVES

  1. To serve customer requirements for testing of submitted samples of Petroleum Products, Biofuels, Mineral Fuels, Coolants, Plastics, Rubbers, Chemicals and similar materials using standard methods & protocols

  2. To establish and maintain an integrated laboratory’s quality system fulfilling requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & NABL-103

  3. To train all personnel concerned with testing activities in use of quality documents and ensure implementation of established policy and procedures in performance of organizational activities

  4. To verify observance of laboratory’s management system periodically to continually improve its effectiveness.
