Oil condition monitoring tracks changes caused by degradation, contamination and chemical change. The OQSx-G2 is installed in contact with live oil and converts the condition into a Tan Delta Number (TDN), allowing changes and rate of change to be followed over time.

The stainless-steel sensor is designed for installation through an appropriate oil inspection point so its sensing tip remains in contact with moving oil. Available thread options include 1/2-inch BSPP, 1/2-inch NPT, 7/8-inch UNF and M18.
Output can be connected to a compatible display, PLC or monitoring network. The final mounting point, thread, wiring and system configuration should be confirmed for the specific equipment before ordering.
