Infrastructure

Analytical platforms and controlled laboratory workflows supporting Chem-Tech's published testing capabilities.

Built around reliable analytical work

An extensive setup for diverse testing requirements

Chem-Tech Laboratories supports petroleum products, lubricants, fuels, food and agricultural products, water, and product-compliance testing through a combination of instrumental analysis, physical-property measurement, microscopy, sample preparation and controlled reporting.

The infrastructure is organised around the complete analytical workflow: samples are received and identified, prepared according to the product and objective, allocated to the applicable method, analysed, technically reviewed and reported. This structure helps Chem-Tech address routine quality monitoring as well as specialised investigation and consultancy requirements.

Laboratory operations

A connected analytical workflow

Infrastructure is more than individual instruments. Chem-Tech's published process connects sample handling, analysis, review and reporting.

  1. 01

    Sample receipt and identification

Samples are recorded against the submitted identity and testing requirement before analytical work begins.

  2. 02

    Preparation and method allocation

The sample matrix, objective and applicable specification determine preparation and the appropriate published method.

  3. 03

    Instrumental and classical analysis

Testing may combine instrumental platforms, physical-property measurement, microscopy and wet-chemistry procedures.

  4. 04

    Technical review and reporting

Results move through controlled review and reporting, supported by Chem-Tech's paperless laboratory operations and traceability.
