Before testing begins
Before testing begins, you may request cancellation. Any refund will exclude work already completed and documented, non-recoverable costs.
Once testing begins
Once testing begins, charges for work completed are generally non-refundable. Any unused balance will be reviewed for refund.
Duplicate or excess payments
Duplicate or excess payments will be refunded after verification.
Unperformed services
If Chem-Tech cannot provide an agreed service, the amount paid for the unperformed portion will be refunded.

To request a cancellation or refund, email info@chemtechlabs.com with your invoice and payment details.
Approved refund processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days, normally to the original payment method. Bank processing may take longer.
This policy does not affect applicable statutory rights.
